Housing in English

We ESN Foggia help the international students find a room during their mobility in Foggia. Check our database to see the pics and read the info about the available rooms: we will contact the landlord and pick you up* at your arrival in Foggia to drive you to your new home and help you with paperwork.

Our Housing service is for FREE, will start on 21^st June 2025 for the academic year 2025/2026.

We suggest doing the following procedure from PC

DO NOT REGISTER BEFORE 21st JUNE 2025 FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2025/2026:
ON 21st JUNE 2025 ALL EXISTING ACCOUNTS WILL BE DISMISSED AND IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO REGISTER TO THE SYSTEM AGAIN

1.   Sign up with a Gmail account on our software Jupiter clicking here: in this way you will be able to access our database of available rooms, and we will collect the personal data for the landlord of the house you will choose.

Make sure you are registering to Foggia Jupiter (with the Foggia descriptor in the ESN logo) by clicking on the aforementioned link, don't Google it!

• We approve the registration manually (it's not automatic): there is no need to register many times, moreover this can cause a system failure;
• Subscriptions will be approved approximately twice daily (morning and evening);
• You will receive a temporary password at the e-mail address given and, on first access, you will be asked to change it;
• If it seems you haven't received your password, have a look also in your spam and promotions folders as often the password gets sent there;
• The phone number has to be entered with the national prefix, without + nor spaces (e.g.: +39 333 111 2222 will be 393331112222).

Besides Housing, throughout the year we will use Jupiter also to hand the ESNcard, to collect subscriptions to our activities (like the trips) and for the payment of fees.

2.   Once your subscription is approved, click on the top-left menu (if you are on mobile) > Events list > Housing Service.

3.   Click on the link in description: there you will find the list of available rooms, prices, info about the rooms and eventually the nationality of your flatmates.

4. Once you have chosen your room, contact us at housing@esnfoggia.it (in Italian or English please) stating the number of the flat in the subject of the e-mail (e.g.: Housing flat n.15), and the letter of the room you have chosen and any other questions you may have in the body of the e-mail.

5. We will contact the landlord for you and, in case of positive feedback, we will confirm you the booking of the room. If not, you will be allowed to choose another room.

PLEASE NOTE:

• We will follow the first come first served pattern and we will consider one room per time: if you ask us for more rooms in the same e-mail, we will consider only the first one;
• You can book rooms for a group, but each member has to sign up on Jupiter first.
• We may need up to a couple days to proceed your request (more if there is a high demand), so please don't spam us

6. Once booked your room and got your trip ready, go back to the event Housing Service on Jupiter and click on REGISTER YOURSELF at the bottom of the page: fill in the form with date and hour of arrival in Foggia and we will pick you up* to drive you to your new home and act as translators with the landlord.
